Moyes not getting Fernandes

Everton boss David Moyes must look elsewhere for a midfielder after Benfica insisted Manuel Fernandes will be staying put.
The Portuguese U-21 international spent the second half of last season on loan at Goodison Park, but the Toffees decided against a permanent deal due to his third-party ownership.
However, Moyes has rekindled his interest in Fernandes after missing out on Luis Gonzalez, who has opted to stay with FC Porto.
The 21-year-old, though, is expected to remain in Lisbon after Benfica president Luis Filipe De Vieira declared that the Portuguese giants have no intention of letting the player leave.
"We have not received any official offers for our player," Vieira told A Bola. "If any offer arrives, our answer will be negative.
"Manuel is playing to a good level and he is needed for our project this season.
"No doubts exist about this question. The kid will not leave the club."
