Yakubu agent: No Birmingham offer

The agent of Middlesbrough striker Yakubu Aiyegbeni has cooled talk of a move to Birmingham City. Barry Silkman said: "Birmingham have never made an offer for Yakubu. I would think he would be way beyond their price range.
"I am not saying he would not go to Birmingham but they have not made an offer and even if they were going to, £10million is not going to buy him.
"Middlesbrough have already had offers of £10m and £10.5m and turned them down."
