I'm 37 years old, and play on the weekends only,...with the occasional practice during the week. I suffer from severe Plantar Fascitis on both feet. I also have huge heel spurs on both too. I wear custom orthotics, stretch, ice, message, rub, take anti inflammatories and warm up before the game. My question for those of ya'll that deal with this is,....how long do you or have you given your feet to FULLY HEAL and recooperate before jumping back onto the pitch? I can barely walk after a game,..I limp for a couple of days after,...feel great by Friday, so then on Sundays,..I hurt it all over again. Wife fusses at me that I am not giving my feet enough time to heal. Anyone "feel" my pain. LOL Have a nice one fellas | ||
