Rafa - Time to go?

As an outsider to the Premiership, and of course Liverpool, I just don't understand why most Liverpool fans rate Rafa Benetez so highly. Personally, I don't think you'll ever win the Premiership with him in charge.

Unfortunately, he's starting to turn into a Mourinho, Ferguson, by trying to use the press to manipulate people. In the end from the outside, you just get fed up of it.

On the otherhand, what a buy Fernando Torres has been for you, the guy is imense and would fit into any team in the Premiership, what I didn't understand, why didn't Rafa start Torres from the start of the season?

It's really frustrating for myself, as I'd love to see Liverpool win the title, Leeds and Liverpool have fairly decent relations and I'd love for 'Pool to win the title to wipe the smile of those smug Manure fans.. Unfortunately for a club of your size, you don't pull your weight, Leeds were the most recent to win the title out of our two teams, and that was in 1992..

As I don't know the mentality of Liverpool fans, I am generally curios as to why you back this man!!?

I think it is time to go.
He is a great coach but he has made some horrible decisions in putting which players in.
Sack him.

im not lpool supporter, but i can understand where alot of people are coming from. I dun think Benitez will last. I thnk the owners already have 2nd thoughts about him. He does have proven record eg winning la liga with valancia and CL with lpool. He is quite protective of his players in case of Torres. I too couldnt understand why he was benchd at start and look at him now, 15 goals in all competitions is too good. I think these days managers are stubborn in their decisons. Peter Crouch is proven scorer but hasnt used him as much. I know Reina is good, but leaving out poor Dudek when he was at his prime. Note Dudek was hero in winning champions league. Cant remember if he had anythign to do with Michael Owen leaving. I think thats bad, as Owen is rare breed from youth ranks

Sammy Lee & Martin Jol Would both be good replacements. However, I think might be able to get things going after the transfer window.
