Newcastle's Emre: Tuncay will come good for Middlesbrough

Newcastle United midfielder Emre is confident Turkey teammate Tuncay Sanli will be a big hit at Middlesbrough.

"Tuncay is a very talented player," said Emre. "When he played for Fenerbahce, he scored a lot of goals.

"I believe in him, he is a very good guy and a very good professional.

"I can understand how much he wants to score. He needs to score one or two and then he will keep on scoring. I'm sure they will come.

"Tuncay wants to succeed at Middlesbrough. He is determined to make a success of it, and I'm sure the fans will like his style and his determination.

"When he scores, I'm sure people will see the real Tuncay."
